Return & Exchange Policy

Return Timeframe
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. Holiday items must be returned by January 31st of the following year.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account on evergleamtree.com
  2. Navigate to Order History
  3. Select “Return Item” for eligible products
  4. Print the prepaid return label
  5. Package items securely in original boxes
  6. Drop off at designated shipping locations

Return Shipping Costs
Standard returns: Free within continental US
Oversized items: $49.95 return fee
White Glove items: $99 return fee
International returns: Customer pays return shipping

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for:

  • Defective products
  • Wrong items received
  • Damaged during shipping
    Exchanges for size or color may require return and repurchase.

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Customized products
  • Final sale items
  • Used decorations
  • Opened light sets
  • Damaged due to improper assembly

Condition Requirements
For successful returns, items must:

  • Have all original tags
  • Include all parts and accessories
  • Be in original packaging
  • Show no signs of wear or use
  • Have undamaged boxes

Holiday Returns
Special holiday return period:

  • Purchases made November 1st-December 24th
  • Return until January 31st
  • Extended 90-day period
  • All standard conditions apply

Defective Products
If you receive a defective item:

  • Contact us within 30 days
  • Provide photos/video of defect
  • We ship replacement parts free
  • Or arrange full replacement

White Glove Returns
For White Glove service items:

  • Contact us to schedule pickup
  • $99 return fee applies
  • Item must be fully disassembled
  • All original packaging required

International Returns
International customers:

  • Responsible for return shipping
  • Must include customs documents
  • 60-day return period
  • Refund minus original shipping

Store Credit Option
Choose store credit for:

Seasonal Items
Special considerations for:

  • Christmas trees: Must include all sections
  • Wreaths: Original form maintained
  • Garland: No branch damage
  • Lights: All bulbs included

We honor price adjustments for:

  • Price drops within 14 days
  • With original receipt
  • Before product ships
